Healthy Cookie Recipe: Sweet Potato Brownies

After watching few sweet potato brownies cooking videos yesterday, I decided to make my own sweet potato brownies. If I have time to cook, I always tend to make some healthy food for myself. They are not only good for your body but also very yummy and easy to cook. 
Let jump into the ingredients: 
  • Sweet potato: 400 gr or 2 bigger one 
  • Flour: 2 tsp
  • Cacao powder: 3 or 4 tsp (you can add more if you want)
  • Brown sugar: 2 tsp (healthier than the normal sugar)
  • Baking powder: 1 tsp
  • Pralin or almond powder: 2 tsp 
  • 2 eggs  
  • Chocolate or chocolate cookies: 20gr in small pieces 
Preheat your oven to 210 degrees. Mix everything together to a smooth texture, then add some more chocolate cookies. 

Bake in the heated over for 15 minutes until the brownies have changed to a darker color. Then you're done! 

This recipe contains no butter, no additional sugar, no heavy ingrendients. Because the sweet potato is already very sweet, so we don't need to add too much sugar in. If you are a chocolate lover you can add more chocolate of cacao powder to make it more chocolatey.  

Cooking is not always a boring thing, you can always change the ingredients and make your own recipe. By changing the texture, the color, the taste, or anything else to make the cooking time a little bit more fun!
