Ingredients:
• Oil: 3 or 4 tsp
• 1/2 tsp hing (asafoetida)
• 1 tsp garam masala
• Half-crushed ginger-garlic-green chilli paste
• Goda masala• 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp mix masala
• 1-2 onions finely chopper
• Coriander for garnish
• Mixed vegetables-chopped gerkins, carrots, peas... You can put what you like
• Salt
• 1 cup washed rice
• Water: 2 cups
Cook for 10 min then you are ready for this delicious Inidan spiced rice.
