Indian Spiced Rice/ Masala Bhaat

Hey guys, how are you this week? I was super busy this past week, and had a lot of stress!!! So I decided to treat myself today for a spacial lunch, which is Indian spiced rice. Is was super yummy! If you are also liking Inidan curry, rice then I highly recommend it!


Ingredients:

• Oil: 3 or 4 tsp
• 1/2 tsp hing (asafoetida)
• 1 tsp garam masala
• Half-crushed ginger-garlic-green chilli paste
• Goda masala
• 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp mix masala
• 1-2 onions finely chopper
• Coriander for garnish
• Mixed vegetables-chopped gerkins, carrots, peas... You can put what you like
• Salt 
• 1 cup washed rice
• Water: 2 cups

Cook for 10 min then you are ready for this delicious Inidan spiced rice.
